Creditors Interchange, Bank Of America Collectors FIA Card services, threaten jail time, called over and over to my parents, abusive very rude not paying towards bill stole my money buffalo, New York

creditors intercahnge or fia services said i had to pay 306.21 a month or i would go to jail then they take my money and it is not getting paid like it is suppose to i never reicive anything in the mail they say i canniot have anything sent to me by mail harras my parents even though i have not lived there in 12 years and when my father ask them to stop calling they said they would keep calling over and over no matter  what mrs long from the company is the rudist person i have ever had to deal with in my life the took $1531.05 of my money and said it would be paid toward my debt which it is not the call over and over alll day all hours even aftter 9;00p.m. i dont ebven know what or who they are at this point i think i have had my money stolen i dont know what to do at this point they call my husband my cell my wiork my parents , my friends, a nonprofit i work for and my god mother that is just too much
