Creditors Interchange Ripoff unfair debt collection practices Buffalo New York

Recieved calls from this company threatening bodily harm, physical injury, to my family, burn down my home, name calling, court action, taking my home and vehicles, damaging both, calling family and employers after cease and desist letter sent, calls at all hours, day or night, 24/7 , mental stress, generally breaking all or most of the FDPCA regulations/rules. Follwed all guidelines as suggested to stop their activities, requested verification of debt / account statement / etc. but was ignored repeatedly and have recieved nothing but more threatening messages if they do leave such.
