Creditors Relief, is no relief at all!!

I got several calls from this compnay offering me there service. They knew i had several cash advances that i was making payments on. They clain they could reduce my payments by 40 to 50% of what i owed and would restruture my payments.  They asked for copies of all my Cash Advance Documents. I sent them everything i had.The next day Ken Sydeny Account Maanager " Creitors Relief " got back to me and explained they had a few options to move foward. He put toegther a payment plan we discussed it.  it sounded good to me.  I Signed the contract. In this contract I would have to make payments to a Trust account "RAM"  instead of the merchants that advanceed me the monies. This money would be protected so they say and would be used to pay down the debt. 

Bottom Line: the Creditors came after me. they froze my assets and Creidtors Relief where were they?  it was very hard to get staright answers from them all they would tell me is they are working on a solution for me but that it would take time. To make matters worse the ESQ that was handing my account at Creditos Relief his name Igor Konstankevish Esq called me and informed me that he no longer would be working for CR and a new Agent would be placed on my account.  Thats when i took matters into my own hands reached out to a local attorney and he made contact with my Creditors and came up with a solution. At this point my whole bsuiness was stopped! my assets all frozen. I was a dead fish in the water. Luckyly with much prayer and begging GOD for help finding a solution to my problem  the attorney that took my case gave me a way to pay him in installements and went to work. 

Creditors Relief which did nothing to help me get out of a situation they helped me get into. CR kept the monies in the Trust Account to this day they claim i still owe them money and want to send my account to collections.  My advice to anyone in my shoes. READ your contracts most of thses contracts have a hiden clause where the Creditors have a COJ Confession of Judement if this is your case don't stop paying your creditors call them and try and negociate a lower payment just don't stop paying them they can frezze your assets 

Last i heard these type of Debt Settlement companies are being sued left and right be careful! 

I havent fully recovered from all this but working hard to move forward.
