Creditplusrewards ripoff, took money out of my bank account, did not refund $129.95 Internet

I was looking to get a loan from cash advance when I received a call from this company (creditplusrewards) telling me I could get this credit card like- to use online for purchases,etc but that I would have to pay a one time fee of $129.95 n then pay $50.00 a month for 12 months or depending what your balance was and the loan was. When the representative and I were talking, we were cut off and he never returned the call and I have called the number listed several times and cannot reach anybody. And I emailed them to stop the withdrawal but they didnot listen. They were suppose to put $1500 in my account. But that never happened either. And on their website, it says you can get a refund back if they did not send you a kit to use. I have not gotten anything. And still no money or anything. I do avon and had deposited my avon money to pay on my account but it was taken and it messed me up with my business and I almost lost my business. Is there any way you or someone knows that I can get them to give me my money. Thank you!
