Credit Solutions, L.L.C., listing an address of Dept.851, PO Box 4115 Concord, CA and another address of PO Box 605, Metairie, LA 70004-0605 has been sending out thousands of "collection" letters in the past few months. They claim to have purchased "your International Masters Publishers account titled. . ." and here they insert random names, such as Creative Cook's Kitchen or Aviation Inquiry or Sports Fan, things that don't exist. They then offer for you to resolve your account by paying anywher from 15 to 35 dollars in full or three easy payments.
Trouble is, no one has ordered or received such a book or magazine because it doesn't exist.
These people are the worst frauds ever because many elderly would rather pay it and make it go away than fight it or risk a bad report on their credit file.
I wish that the FBI would investigate them and that they would be caught and shut down for mail fraud.
Apparently they have been reported to several states' AG offices with no result. Can anyone help?
