I have ordered from Creed Rosary for years. They were a wonderful, Catholic owned, Rosary company. Their service was great. They bent over backwards to make customers happy. A company named Christian Brands in Phoenix Arizona purchased them.   I called Creed to order a Rosary. I was told they had been Purchased by Christian Brands. The customer service agent I spoke with was extremely rude. He told me he would find out if they sold to individuals or not. He took my name and number and said he would call me back. He never did.  I called back and again was treated rudely. I was told we do not sale to individuals. I explained I used to order from Credd Rosary and got a ministry discount. I was told we bought them and do not care what they did. I wrote a letter to Paul DiGiovanni, The President and CEO of Christian Brands. I called Paul DiGiovanni at his work number 602.232.1820. He was not professional enough to return my call or answer my letter. How very Christian of him!! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They had a "Christian" Female employee call me and tell me they recieved the complaint, but it is standard procedure not to sale to Individuals and they would not help me. They never actually responded to the BBB complaint.  These People at Christian Brands  are very rude. There is nothing Christian about them. They are clearly using God and Jesus Christ's name for profit, to make money. Their actiona and the way they treat people are anything but Christian. It is such a same that Creed Rosary was sold to them. Mr. Paul DiGiovanni is too stuck up or unprofessional to respond to letters and phone calls. They have extremely rude and unprofessional employees. It is a disgrace that they use the name Christian and sale Christian products. Using God's name and Christian Faith to get rich and make money, while being so rude, unProfessional and most UnChristian like. Avoid these People. There are a lot of other Rosary Companies that actually will help you, that actually are Christians, and will treat you in a Christian like manor. They also own a company Called Autom.  Autom is a Catholic Mail order catalog. They will treat you exactly like the new owners of Creed Rosary. Please avoid Creed Rosary and Autom. Avoid any www. Christian-Brands.com Company. They only care about Money! Not service or anything Christ Like! What a shame  and disgrace to use the Catholic Faith, The name of Jesus, or God's name to make money, then treat people like they do. Paul DiGiovanni is your typical greedy president, who could careless about God or customer service. His God is clearly money!

Still the same problem with Creed Rosary and Paul DiGiovanni

AUTHOR: AGGIEMED - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, December 03, 2011

I communicated  with Creed Rosary/Christian Brands President  and CEO  Paul DiGiovanni yesterday. He still refused to help me. He was not sincere and sarcastic. I have been a Creed Rosary customer for years. My Creed Rosary was stolen. I wanted to replace it.  I had purchased a Creed Rosary form Creed Rosary directly.  Mr. DiGiovanni is unwilling to help. He is rude and could care less.  The person who wrote the rebuttal and is saying how great a company Creed  is, is probably an employee of Mr.DiGiovanni .  The old Creed Rosary company was great!!! The company became profit driven and started not caring about Customers when Mr.DiGiovanni and Christian Brands purchased it. I stand by my origianl report. Mr. DiGiovanni just reconfirmed what was in the original report after our communication yesterday. I would avoid Creed Rosary and Christian Brands. The new Creed Rosary is owned by Selfish people who could care less about God or the Catholic faith. They Care about Money! PROFIT!!! The old Creed Rosary was great. The owners and the Employees were Christ like and really cared about their customers, their faith, ect. I sure wish Creed Rosary had not been sold to Mr.DiGiovanni and Christian Brands. When Creed Roasry was sold to mr.DiGiovanni and Christian Brands, the Company lost it's soul and Mission. It became a selfish, for profit company. For profit, greed and Selfish like The new owners and company!

Christian Brands is an Honest Company

AUTHOR: rosaryshop - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, October 30, 2011

I am the owner of The Rosary Shop and have been doing business with Christian Brands for about 15 years (under their sub-company names of Autumn, Gifts of Faith, and others). Of the 40-or-so vendors that I routinely do business with, Christian Brands does make more errors in the handling of orders and accounting. However, my experience is that they do make a genuine effort to correct any errors. I have personally spoken with the owner about issues with the company, and have routine contact with their employees. I found Paul DiGiovanni to be pleasant, professional and gracious, and this was while I was complaining to him about incompetence on the part of his own employees.

To assert that they are "unchristian" or that all they care about is money is factually untrue, ignorant and mean-spirited. Most of the people I've met who complain that others only care about money were just looking for a special deal -- for the other person to give them something for free or at a loss. Like any human being, Christian Brands employees and ownership might not respond positively to someone who is being demanding, aggressive, rude or irrational. This does not mean that all they care about is money -- only that they rightly must focus on people who they can actually help, and not get caught up in disputes with people who clearly have some personal issues they need to resolve.

I've had to deal with the same issues in my own business and interactions with customers. In my experience, a lot of the people who complain that they were treated rudely or "nasty," were being quite offensive, themselves, and are just mad because they didn't get their way. They then write silly letters and make BBB complaints in an effort to harm others who simply wouldn't give into their psychological bullying. I've seen it (and experienced it) hundreds of times.

The "Bottom Line": In my 15 years of experience with them and dozens of other vendors, I've found Christian Brands to be a decent company and the owner a decent human being.
