I ordered *** Creme la Miracle online*** In no time I noticed on my Discover statement the $4.95 charge which I assumed was for the trial of the product. 10 days after that I recieved the Trial & also was charged for the future shipment of $98.14

I called the company & told them that I just recieved the trial why were they charging me for the next shipment if I didnt try it yet? They said they was sorry I was angry & said I didnt want anymore product. I wasnt happy with their policy & was not interested in more of what I hadnt even tried meaning the Trial.I was told they would remove the charge & I could either keep product when it arrived or return it. All would be handled. So I wait try the product, It is no better than my moisturizer I use daily from the drug store. I keep an eye on my bill nothing happening Oh I also called Discover who told me to handle this through the company that sent the product. now 2 more weeks go by & surprise Here comes a box with the 1 fl oz of product. I check my bill They still havent removed the charge & I got the product I wasnt supposed to get. I call the company again They tell me they have no record of my phone call with anyone reguarding cancellation of the product. I couldnt believe my ears. I asked the address so I could return the item that I didnt want & they said it was their policy to not accept returns. I want my money back & they can have their product it stinks $98.14 this goes back to march 2017?
