I got hired on by crengland on june 4 07.On my app.i put down i wanted a female trainer.They had a woman named Karen who was supposed to pick me up in Hammond,In.She had'nt shown up yet so I called the co.in hammond to see what was going on. They never got back to me till mon.June 9.I finally yalked to Karen and she was supposed to call me back the following day at 2:pm. But then Courtney Melvin called me and told me I had to go out with this male trainer named Jeff Phillips.

I topld her I did not want to go out with a male trainer because I had had very bad experiences with male trainers.She told me I had to go because they did'nt want me in the hotel anymore.Even though they own the hotel and I told her I was going to talk to Karen and that she would be on her way to get me.I was told he was going to pick me up at 2:am and she would probably be on her way to get me in another twelve fourteen hours,they still forced me to go with him.

When I got on this mans truck he told me he had been driving for 20 hrs.already and he drove another four more hrs.after I got on.So this guy is driving 13 hrs.over his 11.Then I took over driving and he had me drive half hr.over my 11 and had me fudge my log to make it nwork. I told him at 11 hrs.That I had to stop driving but he told me to keep going until I got to a truck stop.He was in the back sleeping the whole time.

The next time it was my turn to drive I had gound a gear or 2 and he started screaming at me to cut the sh&*.I've never met a driver who does't do that in a new truck.There is so much more to write I don't beleive I have enough space for it all.Anyhow I'm going to skip to the end so that you can see how wrong this is. I only went out with this man for 6 days and I put on 3500 miles in that time.

He sat next to me for maybe 7 hrs. On the last day he pulled out my paperwork and af'd me.I had to take a bus to SLC,Ut from cedar city,Ut. When I got there ni gave them a 5 page writtn report on what happened with this guy.They never finshed my training and I beleive it was me or him so they gave me 2 driving tests and fired me for being an unsafe driver. I had told them that I was'nt getting any sleep because in the room i was in we had 8 ladies and 2 snored like unreal.

So the first test I had some people had gotten me a hotel room so I could get sleep.I got the shuttle the next .m. and they stopped in a few other places 1st so I got there 5 min. late and ran a quarter mile to the test site and didn't have time to get my paperwork,so Wolf the examiner reschduled me for the next day. I went to the site took my test and he failed me for not looking at my mirrors enough.

I had informed him before we left that I had only gotten about 4 hrs. of sleep and he made me drive anyhow. I hyad to go do another test the next day. When I got there this woman Sammi was going to take me out I informed her that I had only about 2 hrs of sleep the night befor and she also made me do the test. I naver stopped looking at my mirrors and we only went around 7 corners. Then she told me she was going fail me also. I pretty much went to peices.

I pride myself on the fact that I am all about safety. When I got back to see Joni Delucca she told me that she was counting the 1st time that I was late for the eval.and that she was terming me for being an unsafe driver.Then she told me to pack my stuff put it out on the front walkway and to oh yeah go get an advance because I was going to have to pay my own way home.Which I finally got them to pay for because I had no $$.

For the whole 16 days I was with them I made a whole 445.00 I have 2 other trainers that will attest to that.But I beleive it was a choice of me or him. Which I did get in touch with fmcsa and reported the fact that this man drives double the legal amt. of hours and that he was avoiding his physical because he has diabetes and he knew he was probably going to have to get injections and would lose his license.

I drove one day 10 and a half hrs.without stopping to pee or anything,so I wouldn't get yelled at.Or be blamed for the load being late but when he drove he would do whatever he wanted with whatever time it would take. When we got to N.J. he had me pull over and switch drivers so he could drive into jersey city.He had me pull over on rte.78 which is totally illegal and I didnt pullover exactly where he wanted me to so he started screaming at me again.

He had already drove his 11 if not more before we switched and he did not have 10 hrs.down.After we delivered the load he screamed at telling I've had attitude ever since I got on the truck.Which I had done everthing he had asked of me.So I told him to drop me off in In.and I would go out with someone else. He went into the back and came back out and said why don't we work together to get my modules done and he would help mne with them so I agreed.

Wel stupid me he just wanted a day off.So I drove from jersey city to quaker,oh.He took over and we got to his town about 1 a.m.He went home and left me in a parking lot at wal-mart.He had 3 squares and a shower while i had wet wipes and a sandwich.He got me 1 shower in 6 days.Well he told me we were going to leave at 6p.m.he didn't show up till 7:30 and he told me I would be driving,He drove and he knew how the roads were because hes been driving them for 30 yrs.

Well rte.70 in mo.and the roads were so bad at 1 point I was totally airborn.So in 5 hrs.I got maybe an hr.of sleep.When the road finally smoothed out I finally got to sleep.He woke me up after 2 hrs.and told me it took15 min. to wake me so I said obviously I need sleep.He drove 7and a half hours and told me it was my turn to drive. Idrove 7 and3 qrtr.hrs till we got to a truck stop at xt76 in Ks.He said he was going to have breakfast and was I going.

I replied I don't have any $$ so he handed me the keys to the truck.I was talking to a female trucker and she aked me to go to b-fast.I couldn't turn it down I hadn't had a hot meal in 9 days.He finished his and came over and shrugged for me to get going.I told him I was having b-fast and he glared at me.I told the woman I was talking to that I was going to really hear it when I get back to the truck.Boy was I right.

He went totally bsllistic on me saying if the load was late it was all my fault which I held my tongue and wrote everything down. When I tried to sleep I couldn't because it was during the day and I hadn't done daytime sleeping yet.So he drove from xt76ks.to cedar city Ut.When he said he wanted me off the truck.He drove from 10:45a.m. until 8:00 the next a.m.I told him I would drive at around 4 or 5 inthe a.m. and he said he didn't know if I quit or not because I did't come out and drive.

Well like I said before obviously I needed the sleep and all he had to do was wake me up and he never even tried.After all of this I end up with an unsafe driver on my dac report and wrongful termination only they don't put taht down so they're really screwing me over because I would'nt drop the fact that they sent me out on the road with an unsafe driver.

I hope there is someone out there who can help me with this problem. I have never been treated so badly in my life.I will never ever recommend that anyone ever work for this total rip off outfit. That day when I got to the bus station there were so many people that got fired and screwed over I couldn't beleive it.One guy got screwed out of 25,000 dollars . What a wonderful place.NOT
