I just got a message that they are short 2 drivers for loads and I said i know i am fired, laid off, or whatever but im still in a truck. i'll take a load tonight. they havent responded. i have sat here for 8 days. no pay, what am i suppose to do with the truck. i havent showered in 8 days. i have a rash that you wouldnt believe. i am making it a point to watch this truck. its my responsibility and i will be damned if im getting crap on my dac because i work with idiots. power hungry lying driver managers. hey ryan p. you are not my boss. just my co-worker and when and if you put crap on my dac i will personally sue you for slander and defamation of character.
i do not know what in satans creation spawned the greed of the englands but these mormons are nothing more then a modern day wannabe mafia and because of our corrupt government they are allowed to exist. its time for england to fall. dont you ever work here

Shame on all these big trucking companys. What are we to do? the drivers that earn a long safe career still get shafted and lower wages.

stand up for yourself. shove back when pushed. yes im losing it. i worked here almost a year and with helping family and just the cost of leaving on the road. i was never able to save. the pay wasnt all that bad but should have been alot more. i mean a good week was always followed by a bad week.
before you work for any of these comapnys ask
ask what type of job is on the raise and ask unemployment for training in it.
trucking is not the answer. these guys wanna use you until you quit.

I would say form experience and the way CR operates that your sitting there so they can get another driver to your location to take the truck over. After which you will be left on the curb. Thats what they did to me. The sent a message on QC saying I was fired, I had 30 min to clean out the truck, do not move truck or law enforcement would be called. Within 10 min another rookie driver was knocking on the door giving me a hard time about how long it was taken me to clean it out. Left 500 mi form home, broke, no way home. Lucky for me my dad made the trip to pick me up.
Like I said dont worry over much about what they put on your DAC nobody takes CR serious in the trucking industry. Heck the way the trucking industry works you next company will be just happy that CR gave you enough training without them doing it.
Look at it this way bad DAC form CR not a very big deal, bad DAC report say form Wal Mart very very big deal. Got it? The quality of the company carries more weight when it comes to a bad DAC report.
Trucking companies know who in the industry that abuse the DAC system those that abuse the system are not taken serious.
But I agree with you on one point why this company isnt shut down, why the upper management isnt doing long prison terms, is beyond me.

Don't keep sitting in thier truck, return it to them. Even if you have to put fuel in the tank. They can and will wait for you to abandon the vehicle. If you are not reaching anybody by phone in management, you are abandoned. Get clear of it so you can get another job.
