I should have come to this website before trying to do business with Crest Capital, then I would have known better. Just as others have stated, Crest Capital requested that we send them our application along with a check to cover our first payment on the loan. We sent it back in the overnight envelope that they provided and they CASHED THE CHECK ON THE SAME DAY THEY RECEIVED IT. Then after they cashed the check, they informed us that they had additional requirements in order for us to be approved for a loan, and when we informed them that we would not be able to meet those additional requirements they just stopped calling us, and stopped taking our phone calls, and have ignored all of our requests for a refund.
Hopefully this will help someone else to not make the same mistake we made, and instead STAY AWAY FROM CREST CAPITAL !!

The owner of Crest Capital contacted me on the day he saw thisreportandagreed to refund all of my money and speak to his staff about how they handle complaints and bring them to his attention.
My refund from Crest Capitalhas beenwired into my bank account.
This issue has been resolved.
