while purchasing my Sims card the associated noticed I had purchased to extra 1g data plans and then advised me if up grading to the pro plan I would save from purchasing those extra purchasing of data plans. I asked for some info and informed her I hat a hotspot added to my current plan and needed to keep that also. So she said that was fine it only wasn't available for the unlimited plan. So I upgraded plans and purchased my Sims card activated my other phone and left so on Thursday I tried activating my hotspot and it would not connect was informed to call Customer service so I did well the couldn't find the issue even rebooted my phone from there end and I was informed after losing contact with them because of the procedure they would contact me back in 10 min well went through all that got a call back and still no hotspot. well after a while the associate on the phone informed me I didn't have hot spot added to my plan. plus the saw I had just upgraded my plan a few days before I said yes and explained how the up head nd plan change happened so she informed me I would have to pay 10 dollars to add hotspot on my plan. I complained and said I he it and shouldn't have to pay twice for something that shouldn't got taken off. So then she changed my plan back to the one I had at first and informed me I got credited for the money I paid for upgrading but would roll have to readd the hot spot and bay the additional 3 dollars for adding the hotspot. Well I didn't pay and went in to the store and have them am my receipts and still the said I had to pay because it showed I had changed plans and the Chan's back again. So really I got ripped off of the money and the up head and the money for adding the hot spot again which should have never been off.

Well while I was purchasing my Sims card the associate Stevie S had noticed on my account that I had purchased extra data of 1g for my account twice each for 10dollars. Well after seeing that she informed me if I upgraded my plan to the pro plan I would not need to purchase those extra data so I asked that I had a hotspot added to my current plan and if I could keep and use it on the new plan she informed me I would so I did the up grade. Well on Thursday I tried to activate my hot spot but kept trying a message not able to connect and call Customer service so I did and they couldn't find the problem and rebooted my phone from there end and we would be disconnected because of the process and that they would call me back in 10 min to see if it connected. Well got the call back but still no hotspot connection. After looking at my account I was informed I hadn't added the hotspot to my plan and would have to pay and add it. I informed her about Tuesday and the upgrade in the store so she downgraded me back to my previous plan and I got credited for the money left rlfrom the plan that I hadn't used but would still need to pay 3 dollars. I declined and told her I was going to the store and find out why it was off and wanted them to add it again and didn't think I should pay for it. Well got to store showed them my receipt of my past bill of my plan and the hotspot. while they were in my account they noticed I had just changed my plan back. I informed them that the associate on the phone did that with out me asking them to plus the credit for the change was to add the hotspot plus I needed to pay additional cost. I explained to them I shouldn't have got credited for the change and also I shouldn't have to add hotspot or pay for it when it should have never been taken off.
