when I realize it I kindly gave them a call and they did inform me that I would receive a full refund on May 28 but that never happen and ever time I call customer sevice they just place me on hold for a very long time and I was told by the supervisor that they will not refund the money so I have to file a fraud complaint against this company high way robbery I don't think so you can't just go into someone's bank account and take out whatever amount you want. angry customer I can just switch to another carrier for all this don't need the stress and headache.
