Lies lies lies - Cricket wireless broadband makes false promises on rebates never sends out the rebate, can't get a live person to talk to on the issues, on line reps cant help only try to sell crickets products and give you the same 1-800-cricket number which if called only takes payments and if you need to address an issue you are in an endless loop which will not transfer you to a live rep. only to hang up on you. it is all automatic and very frustrating to never get to a live rep.
Can Cricket own up to their bad business practices - I DON'T THINK SO! If they do it will take a miracle.
My advise don't get any Cricket services and beware of what you are getting into with this company.

I had been pulling my hair out with the same general problems you stated. I went to the Cricket store on Brown Deer road. The Manager there is great. He knew my fustration and got on the phone and took care of buissness. He even credited my account for the down time, when I could not get Tech help. I never even asked, he did it on his own. Also the store on 76th and Layton has a guy there named Michah who will also try everything to get your problem resolved.Hope this helps I feel your anger.
