cricket I ordered phones and a modem. On aug. 10,2010 I canceled the order b/c I was moving 4 states away and the phones were on back order. On aug.,12, 2010 cricket charged me for the phones and modem. On au Internet

     On sept. 31, 2010 I order 2 phones and a modem from cricket. They kept placing the phones on back order. I was moving 4 states away and couldn't keep waiting so on Aug.10,2010 I canceled the order. On Aug.12, 2010 they charged my bank account $258.98. I also received a overdraft charge in the amount of $38.00 because I had went out and purchased different phones.
     On Aug.13,2010 Fed Ex tried to deliver the phones and I refused. After speaking with Cricket several times they told me it would take 30 days for a refund. On one occasion they told me they never received the phones.
      I called Fed Ex and they confirmed the phones had been sent back to Cricket on Aug.16, 2010. The tracking number to use to call Fed Ex and confirm the phones were delivered to Cricket is..... 4317858*****. You have to call to track them because they were returned and if you use the sight it only shows the delivery attempt made to my house. I have spoken to Cricket again today and I am still getting the run around about where my money is.
