Crime Monitoring Division Harrassing me stating I owe 1,095 to a past due loan. Anaheim California

I got a voicemail the other day stating that I do not erase this message and I return the call that it is time sensitive. When I called back I got a very rude man with an accent who was talking very fast, when I told him I could not understand him he got mad and transferred me to his supervisor her name was Danielle Bush, she too spoke with a very heavy accent. She told me that she was with the Crime Monitoring Division and she was calling to state that I had a court date at 11:00am on 5/5/09, and that if I did not pay 1,095 that 2 officers would come to my house to pick me upo and on top of that she somehow had the name of my mother and best friend and not only did she threaten that I would go to jail she threatened that they would also be put behind bars for 6 months. She told me if I wanted another option I would have to do a recording apologizing to her creditor and give three good reasons why I did not pay my debt. I explained to her that I do not have an outstanding loan. He told me in order to get in their good graces I would also have to write an apology letter to the creditor and fax it to them
