Criminal Justice Legal Law Offices Not the same name when they answer, when you call back SCAM, Threats Nationwide

Received a voice mail at my job. I work for a hospital. The caller left a voicemail that his name was Kevin Milligans (?) (thick accent, like an Indian trying to do a Austrailan accent. Super weird sounding!) and that he was calling from Criminal Justice Legal Law Services. That I had three (3) allegations against me and that I would be arrested unless I called them back. I had been getting these types of calls a few years ago, but that had stopped when I called the local police.

I called back and an Indian guy answered with a different company name and when I asked, "Why did you changed the name from my voicemail, Criminal Justice Legal Law Offices sounded super fancy!".  He said, "I didn't do that ma'am" I said, "well, that is different than the company name you left on my voicemail." I informed him that this is a place of business and they are not to call it anymore. He said well give me your name and I will pull up your account, I said, "no. you don't get that." He said, "well give me the phone number that we called." I said, "nope you don't get that either." I advised him that I am filing a  complaint with my companies security team, and with the local law enforcement and the state's attorney general. Imagine this... he hung up on me! I am shocked and amazed. I know this is a scam as when the first person called, the message he left said, "We will have legal law officers come and pick you up, unless you call us back about this very important, time sensitive information." 

Moral of the story, don't apply for payday loans when you are young. They haunt you forever! They are able to pull all your information, including bank info from your credit report, and they sell your name and it will keep going around.  I verfieied with local law enformcement. I have no warrants. I have a saved voicemail on my desk phone where he was sending people to arrest me for 3 allegations. They are scammers!
