CrimShield, Inc CrimShield Lawyer Make False Statements and Threats - Breaking News - Former Employee Whistle Blower Mesa, Arizona

I cannot stand people who lie about me and will always clarify the facts in a public forum as they claim to make an investigation against me.



**  Anyone doing business with CrimShield and AAA Landlord needs to know the company was up until Feb 2013 for sure over-run by non-IT experienced people making decisions run by people with no IT experience in security and the ones who have are negligent the past 4+ years. I tried to debate security over emails and protected consumer information being transmitted in them and the firewalls miss managed. I was told no, I like it the was it is, no exchange so everything sent to info@crimshield.com and the workers @crimshield.com has been going to gmail and yahoo accounts. This was told to Joe Thomas the Network Engineer who tried to help me get them on Exchange Server too. As well Joe and I tried over and over to show evidence that the Cisco guy was totally incompetent, arrogant who lied about his mistakes.



LIE BEING SPREAD BE DENNY DOBBINS : (1) threaten to go to Devin and provide him with confidential and federally protected consumer private information (or to do other things with confidential information you took from the company  without authorization), (2) especially since all consumer private information has always been stored here in our facility that you were responsible to secure

I have copied in the FBI office in Phoenix Arizona to openly offer my cooperation and discuss my own problems with the company since we are on the subject of criminal activity. Another item, no he CEO of CrimShield where I agreed to work, not AAA Landlord, ISC or the other companies but did, didn't pay me the contracted salary for the first year and a half and when he did called me names and accused me of being the highest paid person in the company even though he was getting a outsourcing office, cheap third world programmers, me training them from college graduates who never used that tech which isn't normal and introduced WebServices from my knowledge which we never had before. It was his agreement and was befitting from the low third world labor from a team I trained fresh out of college with MaryJoy and I having intellectual property rights too, not to mention my ISC code from 2005 including the entire first online program he had for clients officialscreening.com that was then retooled into Crimshield Pro and still to this day.

(2) I have not been responsible for the data as the CEO took over the IT department years ago and always set policies and allowed the Philippine team to work from there with screen logging, troubleshooting, live database prep, production deployments, testing from servers in the Philippines, for transmission to the Philippines, and data management from servers in the states and server in the Philippines. To make it worse, he and the Lawyer allowed a network person to stay employed after he was clearly leaving all the firewalls unsecured, unlicensed, no-DMZ for years, the CEO approved the data being transmitted through emails into Gmail and Yahoo accounts, not me. He approved I'm sure with the company lawyer all the things including the Philippine workers working in Production with live consumer data. I had been told long ago just manage the servers only in a act of taking over my job which I couldn't do anything about and had too much invested in the company to just walk away.



This is why Devin Fok is investigating CrimShield, AAA Landlord for consumer information law violations and they accuse me. I would never even think about such a thing the accuse me of, see my attached pictures of emails I tried to secure and stop customer emails from going to private gmail and yahoo accounts. The employees would email or forward screenshots to the PI workers with SSN, DOB's and Final Reports to just mention a few violations. There was nothing I could do about the data being manage in the Philippines except force them on Exchange server, but they worked alone in a office with no over-sight from USA programmers or workers. It was too unsafe for me to work there.
