CRM Financial Fund Me Now Hired at $15 hour as a loan processor then paid $12 "for training" but then paid only $12 Clearwater Florida

I was hired as a loan processor for a new start up business, Fund Me Now, the Indeed posting for the job stated the pay was $15 hourly, on the first day we were told training was only $12, which was not stated in the job posting.

After the training my second week of work I was called into the office on Friday before lunch and was told I was being let go, when I asked why, I was never late, was doing the work instructed and have a very stable professional background. I was told that he was the messenger and there was no reason and that it was not stable work. Several other processors were let go prior to myself.

I went into pick up my last pay check and after I got home noticed that I was only paid $12 hour so I called and asked for the human resources dept and I was told by the receptionist that she was unavailable. I asked to be transferred to her voice mail. I was told that the HR dept did not have voice mail. I asked the receptionist what business with a HR dept does not have voice mail? She just took my name and number and I am still waiting on a return call.
