Cross Auto Sales DON'T BUY FROM CROSS! Fort Smith Arkansas

I bought a 1999 Chrysler 300M from Cross Auto Sales July 23, 2007. It was a really nice looking care and everything was fine at first. I thought I was getting a really good deal cause they *included* an extended warranty. The car was $13,000. I didn't think that was too bad since the car was really fancy. As it turns out they sold me a LEMON and ripped me off on the price!

They sold me a car ith no oil in it. I would add oil and a few days later i'd have to add more! It was drained! There was no external leaks anywhere. The mechanic said they would have to rip the motor apart to find out where the oil was going but that would cost $75hr labor and there was no guarentee that whatever was wrong with it would be covered by the extended warranty, and I'm a single working mom that don't have hundreds to thousands of dollars laying around for repairs.

Oh and that warranty that was *included*.... it was added to the price of the car, all $1,500 of it and so far it hasn't paid for anything!

The ignition switch went out on my car. That cost my $305 to fix, and that wasn't for a new part, that was just to have the old one cleaned and put back in. The new part would have been an extra $285! The $305 I paid to get the car fixed was the car payment for that month. When Credit Acceptance called asking where the money was I told them, I used it to fix the car since that great warranty I had to pay for didnt cover the repairs.

I'm not going to rant on about this, I'm just give you a list of everything that is wrong with the car.

Major Internal Oil Loss
Front Suspension Problems that wera out my tires
Ignition Switch went out
Back window motor out
Air/Heat LED screen out
Air/Heat Blower continues to blow until I pull the fuse
Air does not work


When I went in to the dealership right after I bought that car to let them know that they sold me a car with no oil, there were 5 other people in the office complaining about problems with their cars. I told the salesman id rather have my BMW back that i had traded for that lemon, since it was still setting on their back lot. Well, that didn't go. I was an IDIOT in the first place for trading my BMW that was PAID FOR! But you don't have to be an idiot, DON'T GO TO CROSS!
