Documented 14 hours and 37 minutes on the phone with Applied Card Bank telling me that I do not have an account and I don't owe them any money, 25 certified letters to Applied Card Bank, Federal Trade Commission identity theft report, 78 certified letters to all three credit reporting agencies, a police report and Applied Card Bank's receipt of their acknowledgement of damages for $44,000.00 - Still a $500 collection on my credit report - an address at 4700 Exchange Court Boca Raton FL that doesn't exsist, I'm losing my mind! Anyone having a problem with Applied Card Bank should search the owner, Rocco A Abessinio, his company has been brought to court by 6 states including Florida, I'd be happy to spearhead a class action suit!
