Cross Country Bank, fraudulent ripoff business will not honor phone conversations & won't respond in writing Boca Raton Florida

Over a year ago Cross Country Bank did not send us a timely monthly statement (a Title 15 violation). Our payment was received late and caused a late fee and overlimit charge to be assessed. We called and were told by a customer representative that these charges would be removed.

When these charges were not removed and we contacted them in writing, we were told the company would not stand behind what their customer representative said and they have been charging late charges and overlimit fees ever since. We are still disputing these charges and never can get the company to respond to us in writing (another Title 15 violation). (We do not want to talk with them over the phone as they do not stand behind what they tell you over the phone.)
