CROSS COUNTRY MOTOR CLUB accepted a check for a tow that never happened Boynton Beach Nationwide

I requested a tow from my Auto Insurance carrier on 3/31/2017. I then cancelled the tow within the hour. 

I have since learned 6 weeks later, that my insurance company paid for a tow that never happened.

I reported the fraud to my insurance company. They investigated, and the Auto club told them they never received a cancellation.

So my question is who did they tow?

Why is there a claim on my insurance policy for a tow I never recieved. Who signed for a tow?

Looks and sounds like to me Insurance Fraud to me!
