Cross County builders are very slow in completing their work and failed to meet commitments. They attempt to cut corners where ever they can and fail to adhere to standard building code practices. When the building inspector notes these failures and requires them to rectify the discrepancy, Cross County attempts to bill additional charges to pay for their own poor workmanship. Cross County workers routinely fail to utilize standard personal safety equipment and when required to do so by inspectors,
Cross County attempts to collect additional fees because they had to provide the necessary equipment to adhere to standard OSHA construction requirements. Note: This could possibly pose a liability issue for any individual or company if a Cross County employee is injured while working on their premises due to not following proper safety procedures.

The customer had a porch enclosed, no full barn was ever built for him. Originally, the owner was so satisfied with our work that he then ordered additional services. He was out of town and refused to pay for services rendered when the job was completed on time, however. The job met all building requirements and codes and all workers are OSHA certified and insured. All safety procedures were followed. No homeowner or business is at risk; Cross County Pole is fully licensed and insured with the state of Ohio and stands behind their work.
