Cross Resource Group Outright lies, suspect avoidance of expenses reimbursement, TX Texas

1st of all they promised 58 cents per mile and then they inferred lies on mileage report that the company I am working for submitted.  Telling me to use some app "Milecatcher" to track mileage it bogs down the phone so much with five other apps I need to use with the actual company which is great the phone then dies leaving me without correct mileage. 

I make 8-10 stops per day as a field tech.  So I am in and out all day.  It doesn't always track every time I am in car.  Then for parking I put in my expenses on the same program they use for hours but after 2 months they say no you cannot do it there.  Do it from "Milecatcher" but there is no button to click on for expenses. 

Their pay practices don't outline what the expenses being paid are just a flat figure forcing us to try to determine what is what, and on top of that after being told 58 cents per mile they then say no we pay 40 cents per mile so ignore the sheet that auto-populate to 54 cents per mile (the figure that IRS uses).  I have to now go to the company I work for and see if they pay the 58 cents and try to determine who is pocketing what.  ?KICKBACK? 

A very unsavory company.   The initial person who contacted us seemed very nice but higher ups seem very "wash thier hands of responsibilty" types.
