Crossings Book Club I have tried for several months to contact this company. Rantoul Illinois

I have been very disappointed with Crossings Book Club. I have tried for several months to contact this company about a bill. Everytime I call I am either on hold for over 30 minutes and then get disconnect. Never being able to get through. I am now getting sent a bill saying they are adding on late fees because I did not pay my bill. I had questions about the bill before paying. I am very upset because I have recently been sent a new bill saying they are sending my bill to a collection agency to go on my credit. This could of been resolved had they  answered their phone or quit disconnecting me. I cant send in a bill with my new credit card number when they wont allow me to call them to fix a mistake! Now I will be more uneasy if this company can send me to a collection agency for their mistake!
