Please be aware, I started working for Crossland Credit and 1st Guaranty approximately 3 months ago. Initially, it went very well Crossland Credit was a new company and they seemed to be on the cutting edge of technology. I started as a loan officer and was quickly promoted to a manager. This company employed about 30 people.
After approximately 2 months into my employment, I noticed that the company could not follow through with what they promised their customers they would do. In other words, they collected money and were not able to deliver the service that was paid for. After having personal items stolen from my desk, I did my own research and found that Steven LaLonde has numerous judgments, liens, and people all over the country after him. However, Steve does not seem to be a bad person. After working closely with him, I became aware of people within his organization that have sabotaged his company. Nevertheless, that makes him incompetent to run a nationwide business where you collect people's money to deliver them a specific service, and then fail to follow through.
I found that Crossland Credit does not have the proper license to repair credit. Unbeknown to me, we were all working under false pretenses. As soon as I became aware of these facts, I brought it to Steve's attention and he assured me he would take care of the issues. By this time, payroll checks were bouncing, and in addition to the unhappy customers, the employees were unhappy as well. I resigned from my position with the company. I personally apologize for any harm that was done to all customers. A bit of advice to anyone, if you are a victim of this company ask your credit card company for your money back. Thank you.

the post of them being arrested is bs hit the link you get nothing back go to broward county records and you will see craig cohen, craig cohens wife allison, clifford walker, phil giberson and peter cianci being sued for hundreds of millions of dollars for stealing social security numbers and credit information on over 1.9 million consumers from this company that they are reporting does this there are over 10 witnesses who know all about these individuals who worked there and stole the whole time they were there just follow the court records and you will see the truth look at police report number op0904738 and look on broward court records and you will see that they are the thieves wait because the lawsuits will be all over the internet very shortly along with all their pictures where they work and everything they have stolen its coming shortly

I was personally a customer of A Estruch and can tell you from personal experience that he was indeed part of the problem. I caught him in many lies to me. Upon confronting him, he always blamed someone else when I knew for a fact that it was him. I am not defending this company because I am the person who brought Steve Lalonde's corrupt behavior to Al's attention weeks before he was "transferred". Since he was no longer available after he was "transferred", we can only assume he and the company parted ways. In fact, I copied all the report links from this website regarding his many companies and emailed them to A Estruch weeks before he "left" the company. He knew what was going on. The day after he "left", mysteriously his boss, Robert Walker, was gone. By the by, look up the registered agents for all the companies they are involved in and you will see that Robert Walker was listed until the end of August. Then after he abruptly left the company, they changed the registered agent with a quickness. I have done my homework on all the major players in this arena and can back up everything. If they want to clean house they need to be looking in the mirror.
Feel free to go to the website of the Office of Corporations and Financial Regulations for the State of Florida. You will find an abundance of information there on all the key players. For that matter, just google any of the company names or corporate officer names. What a ride!
