Crossland Trace Apartments ripoff deceptive, harrassing invades my privacy, makes false accusations about me, threatening Largo Florida

I live at these apartments, have for 2 years. The walls are very thin so you can hear every move people make. My 2 kids and I live on the top floor.

The management is harrassing me on a daily basis. He said, she said, is getting notices put on my door. They have falsly accused me of having a dog. I DO NOT. THEY have said that I allowed a man to move in with me. I HAVE NOT. They said there is a loud thumping noise every night. It is NOT coming from my apartment. They have gone through my mail, gone through my garbage, they are invading my privacy.

I do not complain about anyone. Now I get a 7 day notice that if there are any more complaints my lease will be terminated. I went to the office and asked the manager to see my file. Finding out that she has discussed my file with another tenant. Nothing but lies, all lies. We are quiet people.

Now they state in there own little way that I cannot have visitors? I pay a lot of money to live here. I do not bother anyone.

I have complained several times about the bats living in my walls. One was crawling up my daughters leg as she slept one night. They are doing nothing to cure the problem.

I have no clue as to why they are harrassing me. I think if you check with other tenants on the property, I'm not the only one. I refuse to let them mess up my credit that I am trying to rebuild because of falsifying my file and threatening a eviction. They are renting the same apartment for 100.00 more a month than I pay. I am pretty sure that they are wanting me out so they can make more money, because they cannot raise my rent in the middle of a lease. Help, I am on the verge of a nervous breakdown.
