Crowder's LLC Crowder's Customizing Took my order, took my money, got shipment notice, then a not in warehouse e-mail. Summerville Internet

Ordered NRG strutbar for my Honda on June 12th, 2014 thru Amazon and fulfilled by Crowder's LLC. Got a shipping confirmation with delivery between June 18th-June 25th. Here it is June 24th and I get an e-mail from these a-***** telling me that their warehouse does not have my part and did I want to wait 6-8 weeks, get a credit or refund. What stupidity!!! They take my money, make me wait almost 2 weeks to let me know that their inventory shows not in stock??? I have contacted Amazon and they have posted this incident and Crowder's is under investigation. I also have posted a complaint with BBB, even though these moron's are not registered with them. (Imagine that.) They will, however, forward my complaint to Human Services and South Carolina Secretary. I don't know how their shop is on location, but they need to disassociate themselves with Amazon, as they can't fulfill s*** and probably use Amazon's website for exposure. Pisses me off I had to wait this long for nothing I could have ordered directly from NRG and for a few more dollars, I would have had my part anyway. At least they can tell you wether they have it in stock or not. WARNING!!! If you see these butt holes on Amazon, steer clear!!! I feel sorry for Marty..you see how many times they responded to themselves on this homepage..never again will I deal with these idiots. How long does it take to check stock and e-mail a customer about availability?
