Crown Financial Services PlasticPak Packaging Inc. PostMail Scam Edmonton, Ontario

I received in my box a 'Royal Mail' stamped envelope ..  for 1.10 Pounds (British).   also Post by 04.11.11.
I received it about Dec 19 or so.
Crown Financial Services out of Canado saying i am one of the winners in the 'uk & north america consumer reward promotion draw'  for all customers of walmart, sears, homedepot , safeway, asda, for the 1st quarter of 2011. (well that just about incledes everyone .. i think over 90% of people must have bought something from wmt, sears or homedepot in a 3 month period (any period !!).

then says i am entitled to guaranteed sum of $50k (check) delieverd by fed ex or ups.

they enclose a check of $3250 as part of the payment prize.  They say this amt will enable me to offset the statutory rape, I mean stattory Non British Resident tax payment of $1950.  -- The tax is payable to my assigned British tax officer , by ______ WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER_____. (key red flag of scam).

They advise me to contact my claims rep, mr. kevin smith or martha nichols on tel 866 882 0111 ( i call this and it says not taking calls as this time ( and i did call between the designated hrs of 8 to 1730 EST M-Sa.

It is signed by a Mr. Tommie Selvie (CEO)

then it has a little scissors graphic to cut the portion below (presumably to send your check to):

check is dated 12/12/2011 and made out to me and it is signed by a Chester A. Altius?   (it is a scanned signature print)
d**n,how stupid do they think I am .. ??????  probably there are some that have fallen for it .. people drunk, in a big hurry, greedy, etc ....
