I am s cheduled to attend a flea & food market very soon to provide kettle corn and pretzels to children who are attending the event. So I ordered a kettle corn machine, mixer, and sink on August 27th from Crown and the sales person said that he spoke with his FedEx representative and a September 5th delivery will work. The FedEx tracking number the Crown sales person provided me does not show the the equipment is en route. I have reached out to the sales team by email and phonenumerous times with regards to the issue I am having with the tracking number and have not heard back from anyone. I am very concerned! Please help!

Day 4! Crown Food Carts won't delivery!

It's been 4 days now and Crown Food Carts has not helped with

answering why there is no FedEx tracking information for the

products I have purchase from Crown Food Carts. I did receive an

email on September 2nd from the Crown Food Carts sales team.

Subject: Contact update

Dear Mr Galea
Our business is closed today until Tuesday when we resume
business. I could only assist with product support but wanted to
reach out to you to ease you.

Sorry but this reply from Crown sales team is not putting me at
I spent $3,800.00 and was promised on on August 31 by Crown
Food Carts sales representative that the equipment I order would
arrive Tuesday, September 5th .

Mr Galea
Good morning, we could have the kettle delivered to the updated
address you have provided on tuesday for sure. Our fedex rep just
contacted us back and stated tuessay will work. Also this is a
freight delivery so may you please provide the best number for the
fedex driver to reach the person that will be at the delivery address
on Tuesday or should we keep it as your contact number? Also the
FedEx Pro tracking number will be forwarded to you today via your
account dashboard.
On Day 3 I sent the following reply back to the sales team and
posted on Crown Food Carts Face Book page.
"Day 3. I continue to enter the tracking number the Crown sales
representative provided me into FedEx's tracking system on their website,
but the site tells me "Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your track
results at this time. Please try again later."
I have been using FedEx myself at my place of business to create
shipping labels for the pass few days now. Once the package is picked
up by FedEx I am able to track the delivery. Why can't I do that with
the tracking number the Crown sales representative provided me?
I need this equipment delivered to me as promised by the Crown
sales person who sold me the items.
Because of the promise made by Crown's sales person I've made a
commitment to a flea & food to provide snacks to children who are
attending the event.
Please help resolve this issue!"
But no one has gotten back to me.
I do understand that it is Labor Day weekend but I feel more should
be done with helping me know that the products I have purchase
from Crown Food Carts is en route and will be delivered on time as
promised by their sales team.
