Crown Galleries, Division Of Plantron, ripoff The Company has stolen my money and did not send any merchandise Bloomington Illinois

I was contacted via US mail with a Crown Galleries, Division of Plantron, Inc. Catalog for the purchase of Jewelry. I sent my Check No. 2134 dated 12/01/2003 for a purchase totaling $40.95 of which my check was cancelled by their company on 12/16/2003. I never received my order and as of this date never received my money back for the non-filling of my order.

I contacted their Customer Service on 12/16/2003 to see why I had not received my order and was told they did not have an order listed for me. I told them about my cancelled check as was told to send them a copy of it and I did not immediately.

The Company has stolen my money and did not send any merchandise and I have never heard from them as to any intentions in this matter. I was going to write a complaint to the Division of their Company Plantron, Inc. and that is how I found your site after reading where Plantron through some of their subsidaries have "ripped-off" other Consumers under their other companies.

The public should be made "aware" of Crown Galleries taking money and not ful-filling orders and not even listing an order when it reaches their company. I hope you can help me recover my money. I am elderly and was buying from the company for some Christmas Presents and of course, I had to go elsewhere for those.
