Crown International Steel Building System s Aztec Steel Buildings, Inc. delivery date was 16 days late End sheets for shed 1/2 were uniform in factory dents Mckee Rocks Pennsylvania

I bought a shed last spring from Crown International steel building systems. The delivery date was set for the 24th or26th of September. I took my 10 day vacation for the following week, and had 6 construction workers lined up for the same time. It showed up the 12th of October. Lost my help and my vacation. So on weekends with weather permitting and friends we assembled the shed. It took 2 1/2 months but we got it done on the last of the construction the end walls, we noticed that 8 plus the cover sheet where dented 7 on the closed end and one on the door end. The dents are so uniform it can only be done at the factory, and not by a forklift. I've driven forklifts for 14+ years and I know what kind of dings and dents look like. I've sent pictures to crown, and there first reply was Sweet. Damon told me to call Aztec sleel and talk to Matt or Jeff. I called and left a message and order number. Never got a call or a response back.  You would think when a customer spends Thousands of dollars, that you would get some kind of response. But I guess not from either company Aztec or Crown. I hope they lose a 100 accounts or maybe a 1000 over this. But that's only my opinion, and thank god for u-tube Twitter Facebook I'm not done with you guys yet!
