Crown Realty Management Crown Realty CROOKED COMPANY!!!! Roswell Georgia

 Crown Realty is a crooked company! I would not recommend anyone doing business with them unless you want to be ripped of by tones of money. My mother and I rented a home through the company in 2007. My mother was late on her rent and went to court to pay rent but the management company did not want her check and asked us to leave the home. A judgement to pay $2,862 was given to us in court. A year later Crown sends us an invoice saying we owe them $13,332. We were only in that home for 3 months. They said we owed back rent because no one else rented on the home after us and the home was foreclosed on six months later. They also said we owed $800 in damages and $100 for "keys". We weren't there for the walk out and they tagged bogus damage to the house. They also put we owe them legal fees which that was already on the judgement and that we owe them for other bogus fees in the amount of $13,332. They had this on our credit report which enabled my mother and I to obtain certatin things from our credit. I was young at the time so I didn't really know what to do or what crooked stuff was going on. In 2014, crown sends a letter to my home saying if I dont pay the balance of $13,000 I have to pay legal/lawyer fees. Which that is extortion and trying to put fear in people to pay debt. I checked my credit information and I noticed the crown account was charged off and sent to a collection agency in 2008. That doesn't make any sense for a company that already charged off an account that was already fraudulent to try to attempt to collect money like it is an open active account. It was sent to a debt collection agency in 2008. They sent me interrogatories to get my information because of the judgement they had against me. I sent them an email willing to pay in increments the judgement they had against me in the amount of $2,862 and that was all. The lady Denis Dimbath who is behind all of this writes back and say we owe more than that on the court appointed judgement. She said they added fees to the judgement, which you cant do unless it is court appointed and signed. I told Denise that what they were really trying to get is that fraudulent invoice money. They are using the court system to obtain more money than what is owed to them by law. I told her they are trying to extort money from people by using scare tactics and they are crooked fraudulent people. Do not Do not do business with this company unless you want you to be a victim of fraud and have to deal with crooked evil people. I will be putting out an investigation on this company because my story sounds the same of other reviews I have read.
