Read the lease carefully before you consider signing. Here are some of the highlights:

-Management doesn't have to give any notice before entering.
-Any Realtor has unrestricted access to the property via a keybox during the last 60 days of the lease without any notice. And if anything is stolen during a showing,
the tenant agrees to hold the management "harmless".
-Storing a gallon of gasoline in an approved container puts the tenant in violation of the lease
-Management can remove any vehicle parked on the grass, sell it, and keep
the money from the sale
-Management will not tell you if there is a home owner's association or not
-If rent is not received by midnight on the 1st of the month, there is a 10%
fee. Use of the US Mail is "at own risk". This is regardless of whether their office is open or not on the 1st of the month due to weekend / holidays.
-There "may be" a check processing fee. Nothing in the lease about what this fee is, just that there may be one.

Everything is written to remove any protection from the renter.
