Do Not Trust. We took our RV there on a recommendation from another place. To start with we were charged for work that was not done, work that was paid for by the insurance company and work that we did not request. Then, when we picked up our RV, the interior was disgustingly dirty with grease, tar and sealant that was brought in by who ever did the work. There was overspray of undercoating on the inside upholstery and drapery from having the interior engine cover off while they did the work and by not covering any of the interior while it was in the shop. He did have Service Pro attempt to clean the carpet to no avail. When we finally got it home we discovered foot prints all over the roof and found a large new patch on the roof along with new back vent covers. There was no reason for anyone to have been on the roof. It was obvious that someone backed our RV into something, tore off the vents, put a hole in it and then tried to patch it up without telling us hoping we wouldn't notice. After taking pictures and sending them to the owner Mr Kelly Barker, he denied knowing how they got there and denied any responsibility for the interior damage even though he said he fired two of his employees. I reported him to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair and he was cited for "performing unauthorized work" and given recommendations to return the money charged for the work not done. He again denied knowing how the roof and interior was damaged even though he admitted patching the roof, putting new vent covers on and paid Service Pro to attempt to clean the interior. Right. I have plenty of people who know what condition our RV was in prior to bringing it to him for windshield repair. He owes me at least $600.00 for the work not done, a new roof and new carpet. I am going to let a judge decide. See you in court Mr. Kelly.
