I could write a book on what I've seen and been through with this company. I've lost 2 codrivers in 3 weeks because they couldn't afford to pay their bills and had to quit. Most of the people that sign up for their training program don't make it very long. With me and a codriver we are averaging less than 500 miles per day at 11 cents per mile each. Usually we get a run less than 800 miles then sit for a day or two waiting for another load. Guaranteed hometime does not apply here. Expense reimbursements always seem to be a constant battle. And for the folks that go to orientation and don't get hired make sure you've got enough money to get home. You will get booted off the property and they don't care how you get home. Also there is a serious safety issue with this company. They complain about how many accidents they have yet they put drivers on the road with less than 1 month experience and put them in situations a 30 year veteran would think twice about. I've heard this company gets government funding for each student they recruit. I don't know if this is true or not, but there has got to be some reason why they operate in the manner they do. It almost seems like they try to get rid of people to make room for more students. Don't get tied up with their contract. If you leave before the contract is up most the other companies won't hire you because litigation is being brought against them when they do. Look before you leap with this company. Beware
