Cruise Value Center - Cruisevaluecenter.com RIPOFF, no customer service East Brunswick New Jersey

I purchased a cruise through Cruise Value Center in Nov. '05, and part of the deal was to receive a $70 rebate paid in an American Express gift card, after the cruise... I cruised on Dec. 11 thru Dec 18th. Here we are in Feb. '06 and no rebate yet...

I have called numerous times, I keep getting transferred to Maggie in the Customer Solutions Dept. she tells me back in January, that it gets mailed 4 weeks AFTER the cruise isa completed... that would've been Jan 17th.... I've been told 3 different times by Maggie ( who says she's a manager, that it was "definately" being mailed next week- this goes back to around Jan 25th. and when I called today, after being told 2 weeks ago it was "no doubt" being mailed 2 weeks ago.She said the accounting dept. was behind, so they didn't send it yet.


Each time I call her it's a different excuse!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company- you'll save nothing... AND they'll sell you the cruise by offering you rebates, etc. which you will not receive... their "so called" customer service just plain sucks!!!! the person who answers your call ( after holding 10 minutes for someone to answer) will not help you with anything on your reservation, they transfer you to the person who originally took your call ( and when that person is not in at that time, you leave a voice mail for them to return your call...

CRUISE VALUE CENTER does "NOT" return phone calls.
my suggestion is to read other complaints here at this web site on this company, and deal "directly with the cruise line.. DO NOT do business with Cruise Value Center. Beware!!! their website is Cruisevaluecenter.com
