Cruises.com They promise you 10 percent onboard credit got 3

I booked with cruises.Com not to be confused with cruise.com. If your thinking of booking with them for the 10 percent on board credit they promise DONT do it!!!!!! I spent 2600 plus in ship fare on a two week cruise and was expecting the 260 in credit. They gave 75 for entire trip. The ship came back to ft lauderdale mid vacation and called customer service.

After waiting over 25 minutes a supervisor called on another line. After complaining about their false advertising, she explained that taxes and port charges were not included in the deal. I told her my Ship fare excluding taxes and add ins was Over 2600 and I expected 260 in credit and only received 75. She laughed and said it would take over 10,000.00 to obtain over 200 in credit.

DONT expect a 10 percent credit from this ripoff company!!!!! Also they want 300 for trip insurance I got for 140. Book with the cruise ship company directly you gain nothing from booking through these sites, nothing but aggravation!!!!!
