Crunchies Food Company, LLC is managed by an individual that has (in my opinion) no concern/regard about the money he is given to improve and/or run his business. I have dedicated thousands of dollars and roughly a year of "no pay" labor. I asked for a financial statement and was denied. He made a unilateral decision that all the money and time I contributed was to be rolled over to stock. If so, then I want a financial statement. If not, I want to be paid and repaid.
Also, I heard he has terminated the quality control persons services. The company is always out there begging for investors. Yet, he continues to make monthly payments on his million dollar house on Westlake.
I am concerned, very concerned.

Still Scammin

Jim Lacey is continuing his mismanagment and destructive style...destructive to everyone but himself. There is no doubt that he will survive the current loss of his company and the misuse and ultimate loss of millions of dollars in investment funds. It is beyond logic why the new owners of Crunchies have allowed this guy to stay on. He single handedly drove this company into the ground, and will do so again unless he is removed. He never paid his suppliers, and took money from investors that he used for his personal gain. Let those of us that believed his BS and gave him money pray that the President of Chaucer, Andy Ducker, see's right through Jim Lacey's lies and get's rid of him as soon as possible.

Crunchies is doing well. They continue to grow theirsales. They have an excellent product that will become an everyday household item. Lately, the owner, Mr. Lacey, has reached out with a gesture of professionalism and kindness and has corrected an issue that remained unresolved for the past few years. I thank him for that. Mr. Lacey is demonstrating a quality rarely seen in business people. He is unique with his focus and determination. He is offering the public a quality, healthy snack food.I wish him, his company and his backers well. I am confident Crunchies will grow and thrive in the years to come.
