Crunchless Abs Linda LaRue Direct Marketing Continuity Automatically charged a fee and sent a new tape with out authorization Van Nuys Internet

I went on line and ordered crunchless abs the complete package with 4 tapes and a tension cord. Supposedly this is the complete package so I was all set.

Well this month a $26.98 charge is on my credit card bill from this company. I called and was told I was automatically ENROLLED in a monthly plan and the tape was sent to me. I then told her I wanted a supervisors name Vice Presidents name because I was sending all that I purchased in Dec. 2008 back and wanted a full credit. I was then told I could not return them it was too late but I could send the new unauthorized one back for a credit.

Well surprise surpise they wait till it is after the 30 day time limit to return for a complete refund before they ENROLL you in the monthly plan and charge your credit card.

They said they would credit the last tape and cancel my enrollment but I DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! I have contacted my Credit Card Co. and I am disputing the charge. They(crunchless abs) said it would take 10 days to credit my account.

All I can say is do not order form this website or Linda LaRue this is a awful way to do business and I think I might put her and this whole marketing company in the same category as Bernie Madoff the big Ponzi scam!!! They are no better how amuch money have they made this way? That would be interesting to know. Why do they get away with this kind of scheme? There has got to be a law against this isn't there?
