Crystal motors/crystal automotive using the catch and release scam system,
they called me in and got my information on Saturday afternoon and then told me they couldn't process the info because it was to late in the day, They then promised to call me back on monday to let me know what the banks would need to process the loan. I called them back Monday evening at 6:00pm after waiting all day to here back from them after being traded around on the phone and holding for 15 minutes I hung up and called back and left a contact number to be reached. now it has been four days since I had left my contact info and still nothing. Im sure from the credit activity monitoring system I use they have sold my info to other buisnesses and are doing this with several others. A phone call to BBB and they had been monitoring this company previously.
