Crystal Brown at Securitas Security in Westboro, Massachusetts. Violating Fair Labor Law Westboro Massachusetts

Ive work for Securitas full time for several years now. I dont miss any days or call out.  Im suppose to get 40 hours vacation pay because Im full time. Every time I get my vacation pay it is short about 4 hours. This year my vacation pay is short 3 1/2 hours to.  I talk to other workers an there checks are short to. I called the personel manager Crystal Brown because this happens every year. This cant be a mistake . I called her a bunch of times and ask her to call back. She dosent call back. When she calls me back I say my vacation check is short and my friends are to. I tell Crystal Brown my check is always short but she says im wrong. I keep telling her that Im full  time and suppose to get 40 hours vacation pay. She tells me that my check is right because they subtract off the days I miss. But I say I dont miss any days so it should be 40. She says that corperete has a formula to do the math. I tell her  40 means 40. Not 36 1/2. Crystal tells me to call corperete and tell them. This cant be a mistake.  This is a rip off. They break all the Labor Laws and keep our money. Its not fair. I bet Crystal Brown does this to every one.
