My name is Jim I'm P.O.A. for my brother Paul,he lives alone.
On May 14,2010 Crystal Canyon came to my brother house to sell a water conditioner,not knowing what is buying they talk him into buying one,f or $5,434.00. I see Paul once a wk, not mention anything about the water conditioner , until second week when I went to do the laundry, I notice it. I have talk to Crystal Caynyon 3 times and ask them to please remove water conditioner, they wanted me to pay to have it remove. They refuse to remove it unless they got paid.I did not ask for water conditioner, and now I'am here to apear in court.
