Crystal Vision Software Services misrepresentation of fees Carlsbad California

I was called and made this offer of cheaper software and other products. I was asked to try the service for thirty days at the price of $19.95. If I decided to keep it, I only had to pay another fee of $49.95 for a life time membership. I was to get a certificate for $20.00 to reinburse me for the initial $19.95. I did get the certificate, but never used it. I thought that I would give it a try. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel it at the end of thirty days.

I started receiving monthly CDs with their new products for sale. There is no mention of this service having a charge.

I have been finding a charge of $19.95 being take out of my checking account every month! I wasn't aware of this until tonight. I must have passed over the charge thinking it was something else. Stupid me!

I am so glad that I did! I guess others have been ripped off too!

Their web site never mentions anything about extra monthly charges either.

I did call the company and they told me to send back my newest CD for a refund. I cannot get a refund for the other months, however. They did not give me a hard time.
I told them they should mention this fee when they ask you to join or when you go to join on the web site.
