I should have read the ripoff report before dealing with cs market enterprises aka consumer solutions better known as stootsi.com.
I bought a Brand New Razor V3 phone on ebay for my mother from cs enterprises during christmas and paid for it on the same day through paypal. I later got an automated email from stootsi saying that my order was already processed and would be delivered by ups on the 26th of december.
That day came and passed with no deliveries and when I logged onto the ups site, all they had was billing information but not the actual package.
I later wrote several emails to CS market enterprises and got no response.
After more persistence through emails, I later received the package on the 7th of jan, 2008. The phone was supposed to be orange but it had different shades of orange, it was an old abused phone that did not work, the power terminal was filthy and anyone would basically tell it was barelly a refurbished one leave alone new. The charger on the other hand was dirty, looks like a dog or cat was bitting on it and the metallic terminal was rusty and disgusting to look at.

I have tried contacting the CS Market enterprise about getting a refund but they have not responded yet. I will go ahead and leave a negative feedback irregardless of what they want to say about me but for your sake, stay away from this fraudster. He hits and runs. Rips you off and cuts off communication.
