CSFA Home Solutions Inc John Silver (Silva) Fraud, Scam, Crooks Santa Ana, California

We received a mailing in the mail saying it could help lower out mortgage and save us money.  We were questionable on it but thought, heck give them a call and see what it is about.  In tough times where money is tight, saving money each month would be a huge help.  Well, even though in our guts we didn't feel this was right we decided to give it a shot.  They (John Silver (Silva) told us we would be saving about $1000 a month, which would be HUGE for us with two new babies and me home. 

So we did it, we wired the money.  Hoping that someone couldn't be that evil to be scamming a family already in trouble.  We really didn't think there could be such cruel people out there, boy was I wrong. We asked every question in the book, my husband is a financial planner with 2 Masters, so we are not stupid people.  They had an answer for everything.  We researched it and at the time there was not a bad thing out there about them that we could find under the name we new CSFA Home Solutions, Inc. 

We called a few times after to see what was going to happen next and always spoke with someone who had an answer for us. We were told we would have an inspection about a month after the fact which we had to be home for.  I made my husband come home early from work to be here during the time slot because I don't like strange people in the house alone with my two girls.  So he lost money there and big surprise, no one showed up.  When we called about it that night they told us "it was a drive by inspection" that's when I knew something was up for SURE! 

My husband left a message spoke to a woman on wed (2 days ago) and left a message for John Silver to call us back.  No call back so he called again tonight and all lines are no longer in service.  The one he did get through was another Loan Modification Lender, supposeably having nothing to do with CSFA Home, even went under another name which I have to get from husband.  So we are now $3500 under and left with the same mortgage that we were just making each month. 

We have been using every single dollar we make to pay bills to live each month and get by to put food on the table for our babies.  We dont' get assistance and we don't take advantage of anything, it's so hard to believe there are people like John out there.  I want to catch him and put a stop to this, I can't imagine the millions of people that are falling for this and prob in the same if not worse times then us.  Let's pull together and stop them and get our money back!!! John Silver and crew...I hope you rot in h*ll!!!!!! Your time will come, trust me God doesn't let things like this slide!!!
