Company received monies upfront for loan modification and never delivered end product or returned requested monies after reading that company, John Silver (Silva), Dominic Nolan, Paul Schaner and Erin had used aliases and other company names were all fraud. BBB.org reports that they have changed the company name to CM and Associates so beware.
