 I filed a claim against West Coast Movers out of Las Vegas. They lost and damaged our property during a out of state move. I filed the claim with the 3rd party claim company West Coast Mover said they use-CSI. They dragged out the claim for 4 months and then sent a settlement for $472. They give the most rudiculous reasons why the movers are not responsible for loss and damage. Each time I call them to find out what I can do to dispute the claim they say that West Coast Movers are in charge of everything. I needed an answer to see if an extension can be approved on the dispute. CSI allows the movers to approve this and the movers have no deadline to respond to my request. I spoke with claim rep named Valerie. She hung up each time I asked for a supervisor to explain why the company who caused my damages and loss get the determine anything. CSI has been evasive, rude, and ignored my request/questions of why West Coast Movers are allowed to set terms.
