After trying samples of a reportedly all natural and effective anti-inflammatory/ thus pain-relief product, I decided to invest in a Founders Pack, and invested $1000 in CSI Relief. After much delay, I finally received an incomplete box of product. However, when I took the product, as did several of my family members who had indeed found relief from chronic pain with the original samples, NONE of us found any relief with the products shipped to me.

I then tried to log onto the website to contact the company, but found that I could no longer gain access to the CSI Relief site. I was invited via text messaging to the OBI call, but was late in calling & they said the call had disbanded.

I do not have direct knowledge of the CSI partnership/management/web development/product content issues. However, I DO know the promises made via the website and conference calls by Rick Thompson and other company leaders.

And I DO know that what I was led to believe would happen in terms of results and benefits of a safe, natural product and a system of distributing this product to help other people who need this relief, as well as supplement my fixed retirement income, did not come to pass. I have essentially paid $1000 for capsules of unknown and untrusted ingredients and no way to receive compensation for that loss from a defunct company.
