I placed an online order with ctbeautyctbeauty.com. I received an email from ctbeauty06850@gmail.com saying thanks for my order from Shopify!? It said the order was shipped via usps first class mail and that I could track the order. When I clicked on the tracking link it showed the status as "a label was created at the usps store".
A week had gone by, so I contacted CTbeauty.com via email. I have received no response. I called the number on their website which was 203-807-8282 and left several messages again,with no response. There is no way to reach an operator, no matter what option you select. There is absolutely no way to get a hold of a live person.
Three weeks into trying to get a response via email and/or the phone with no luck. CTbeauty.com has already taken the money out of my account and not delivered their product and has not contacted me in regards to the several emails and phone calls I have made.
This website and company appears to be a total scam! There has been no response to my emails and messages. I want to report this company and the lack of customer service and zero integrity for what is represented online.
